2D Blaster

This is my 2D Shooter! Some modifications I made include:

1. Added a third and fourth level.
2. Tied the levels to create a logical progression, where level 4 is the hardest to beat.
3. Edited the behavior of the diagonal chaser, making it faster and with more life. 
4. Added a Chaser spawner on level 4.
5. Created the button for level 4 so that it can be accessed through the Main Menu.
6. Filled in the Instructions button so something pops up when you click on it.
